Correspondence This is where you will find copies of the correspondence we send home and information presented at class meetings. Feb. 23, 2010 •This is a reminder that your trip is to be paid in full on March 1st, 2010. The final cost of the trip came in at $849 based upon the final number of participants (64 students). As discussed at the first meeting in October, the class will be picking up a portion of that so that your final cost is $820/student. •On Monday, March 8th, we would like to have our final meeting with you to cover medical information, phone trees, travel information and answere any questions you may have. This meeting will be in the high school cafeteria at 6:00pm and should last approximately 30 minutes. •Please bring insurance cards with you to the meeting.
