Yearbook Information The Haverlinguist Production Staff and Business Staff make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and validity of the information provided on its pages. While extremely regretful, errors and omissions may occur as this is a learning activity and a student publication. Senior Portrait Informational Meeting: May 6, 2009 Free of Charge - Portrait Sittings (see schedule for appointment time below): May 19-21, 2009 Senior Photo Submission (1 informal & 1 formal pose - see requirements attachment below): Sept. 18, 2009 Senior Group Photo: Sept. 22, 2009 Senior Data Sheets, Superlative Voting Sheets & Dedication Ballots: Sept. 25, 2009 Parent Ads (information will be mailed home during the summer from Guidance): Sept. 25, 2009 Group Photo Day (Extracurricular Activities): Oct. 15, 2009 Yearbook Assembly/Distribution Day: June 4, 2010 Submissions: - Senior photos and data sheets should be submitted to Mrs. Pesesky, room 315. - Parent Ads submitted to Mr. Abrams, room 306. - Business Ads submitted to Mr. Abrams, room 306. Superlatives: -Once the Senior Class votes on the superlatives the winners will be required to sign a release form stating that they are in agreement with the vote. If they decline, the runner-up vote getter will take their place. If the runner-up declines, then the superlative will not be awarded for that year. -In the event of a tie, both individuals will be listed as the winners for that category. -All photos will be taken on Group Photo Day (usually October).
