Prom 2010 : A Night in Las Vegas

Who:   ALL Juniors & Seniors

What:  2010 Prom

When:  May 8th, 2010 (9:00pm - midnight)

Where: Haverling High School Gymnasium

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Prom planning has already begun.  If you are not yet a member of one of the planning committees, see Mrs. Wolfe or Mrs. Mishook for information.

REMEMBER, you must be an active committee member (attend at least 2 meetings and assist with decorating on May 7th) to be eligible for the prom court.

Clean-up
We will offer raffle drawings for gas cards to those Class of 2011 Juniors who help with cleanup. We will probably start at 1pm and go until finished.

PARENTS: The crowning will begin at 11:30 pm. We will open the doors to the upper gym track from 11:20 pm - 11:25 pm.  Once the crowning is over, you will immediately be asked to leave. The committee did not like an audience for the last half hour of prom last year so they asked us to enact this policy. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
