Bath Central School District provides numerous professional development opportunities for our faculty and staff. 

• We offer numerous workshops through our In-Service program throughout the year.
• Staff are encouraged to participate in Teacher Center and BOCES workshops throughout the year. 
• There are structured staff development days throughout the year.
• There are Technology Mentors in each building providing peer to peer support.
• Tech Tuesdays are before school mini-sessions at VEW and after school mini-sessions in the MS and HS.
