Maria Quintal Coordinator, Maria Quintal has been the Coordinator of the BAFRC since the Center officially opened in July 2007. Previously she worked for Steuben Child Care Project, a Division of ProAction, Inc., for 10 years advocating for quality child care. In addition, Maria worked for the Nonnie Hood Parent and Maria states, “My greatest passion is getting to know all kinds of families, providing a welcoming Center for everyone, and providing resources to help make parenting a little less stressful. Carrie Jake, AmeriCorp Kids First Initiative Worker "Hi, my name is Carrie Jake and I am a mother of three: Madison, age 8, Logan, age 6, and Emily, age 3. I am currently placed here at the Center throught AmeriCorps Kids First Initiative. On top of all that, I am a fulltime student at Empire State College working on a B.S. in Human Development with a concentration in Child Psychology. I am also a graduate of Corning Community College with a A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood Studies with a one year certificate in Early Childhood Services.
