Music Info:
I started taking piano lessons when I was 5 years old. In later years I learned to play several other instruments - flute, clarinet, bassoon and percussion.
Education:
I graduated from Prattsburgh Central School, and then went on to complete my Bachelors degree in music education and a Masters degree in piano performance in Indiana.
Teaching Experience:
I taught K-4th grade music in the Horseheads School District for 6 years before coming to Bath in 2008.
Other fun facts:
Mr. Brown, who teaches 2nd grade at VEW, is my husband. We have three sons - Seth, Carter and Elijah, a goldendoodle named Kipper, and a cat named Heidi.
