The BCSD RamPortal provides students in grades 9-12 and parents/guardians of all students in the district access to attendance, schedule, grades, assignments, and discipline information via secure web access.  The RamPortal is a component of the SchoolTool student management system.

All students in grades 9-12 are automatically provided with access to the RamPortal.  For parents/guardians, there are two options for registering for access to the parent portal.  Parents/guardians may complete the RamPortal Online Registration Form or parents/guardians may print out or pick up a copy of the Parent Portal Registration Form and deliver it to the main office of your child(ren)’s school.   Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID.

Please note:  Only parents/guardians of students enrolled in the district may apply.  Parents/guardians must provide a valid email address and phone number to validate your account.   Parents/guardians will only have to sign up once, regardless of how many children they have in the district.  If a parent/guardian does not see all of their children from the My Home screen of the RamPortal once they are signed, they should email the Bath CSD Help Desk at helpdesk@bathcsd.org.  

In order for parents or legal guardians to be granted access to their child(ren)'s information through the RamPortal, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The applicant must be the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) listed on the form.
• The applicant must have a valid e-mail address.
• The applicant must have a valid phone number.

Once your information has been verified, the form will be forwarded to the Technology Services Department and your account will be created.  You will receive an e-mail containing your temporary password for access to the RamPortal. Your username will be the email address you supplied to the district when you signed up.
