Dignity for All Students Act

New York State’s Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) seeks to provide the State’s public elementary and secondary school students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.

Through the Dignity Act, any student, parent or community member can report concerns of suspected discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying directly to the building coordinators listed below (via phone or email) or use the appropriate DASA Reporting Form below.

All complaints will be treated in a confidential manner.  Concerns can be reported to the DASA coordinator, the school guidance counselor, or you may use the reporting form.  Anonymous reports will not be addressed. False reporting of incidents may result in disciplinary consequences and may be reported to an appropriate law enforcement agency.
