UPK Registration for 2023-24 Begins
Bath Universal Pre-K Online Enrollment
Who: Any child who is a resident of the Bath Central School District and will be 4 years old by December 1st, 2023.
When: March 6 – April 19, 2023
How: Complete the Online Registration Form
Provide copies of the following documents to the VEW Office either by mail or drop off:
Child’s Birth Certificate
Proof of Residency (2)
Physical Form
Custody papers (if applicable)
