VEW Primary School Early Dismissal/Parent Conferences:
Monday 11/24 and Tuesday 11/25/25
Breakfast will be done as normal those 2 days (No Lunch) and our arrival procedures will not change.
However, due to the half day, dismissal times are as follows:
1. UPK and K Walkers will be dismissed at 11:00am
2. First-Third Walkers are dismissed at 11:05am
3. Bus Students begin dismissal at 11:15am and then go to DLL to pick up
If you need your student to have a different destination than normal, please communicate that with the VEW Office as soon as possible. You may send in a note with your student or contact the office at 776-3301 ext. 4000
Parent conferences: Monday 11/24/25 and Tuesday 11/25/25
1. If you haven’t already done so, please confirm a time with your student’s teacher.
2. Please make sure you have an ID with you that may be scanned when you check into the office.
3. This new enhanced safety procedure may take a few extra minutes so please be patient with us.
4. If you have already had your ID scanned you will not need to have it scanned again. You will just need to provide your name and sign in.
