The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is conducting a Digital Equity Survey for all public-school districts across the state. The purpose of this survey is to understand and promote educational equity, including digital equity for all students. The data collected will also be used by the Bath Central School District to better support the students and families within our district. The survey consists of nine multiple-choice questions and will only take a couple of minutes to complete.
The survey will be available from Wednesday, January 7, 2026, to Friday, January 30, 2026. We appreciate you taking the time to complete this important survey.
To complete the survey:
• Simply log in to SchoolTool from the Bath CSD App or Website
• Select NYS Digital Resources Family Questionnaire
• Complete the survey
• Scroll to the bottom and tap on “Save & Continue.”
• Tap on Submit
• Then Confirm
*If you have more than one student in the district, a box will pop up listing your other students and asking if you would like to apply these answers to them as well. Choose the students to apply the answers to and then tap Submit. Another box will pop up to confirm.
